Quality Auditor

About the role

Baxter is looking for a Quality Auditor in Cali. The role ensures that finished product inspection, packaging, mass inspections, final physical sampling and AQL requirements are carried out according to the required standards and procedures, and that identified scrap is evaluated, classified and analysed so that the right actions are taken.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that inspections and/or reprocessing follow Baxter's procedures.
• Review cleared lines and mass inspections, ensuring compliance with SOPs, the 6S programme, line balancing, BPM and BPD.
• Check that visual inspection requirements are met so product integrity is not affected.
• Ensure packaging of Solutions complies with SOPs, SOJT and job manuals.
• Comply with current health, environment and safety regulations, quality regulations (GMP), supply chain safety, energy management and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes related to the role.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP and industrial safety standards.
• Knowledge of quality systems (desired).
