Quality Director

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Director with a strong strategic vision and proven leadership to steer our quality and food safety function. The role will define and execute the corporate quality strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality and food safety management systems from primary production to commercialization.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee quality processes across multiple business units.
• Implement and strengthen HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 standards.
• Manage audits by regulatory authorities and international customers.
• Oversee laboratory operations, product development, and risk‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Post‑graduate specialization or master’s in Quality Management, Food Safety or related discipline.
• Minimum five years in senior quality management or leadership within agribusiness, food manufacturing, meat or poultry processing, or FMCG.
• Proven experience with regulatory compliance, audit management and budget optimization.
