About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter to support General & Administrative hiring across Finance, Accounting, Operations and Administration functions. This fully remote, high‑volume role focuses on keeping the recruiting process clean, organized and friction‑free.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ATS hygiene for 10‑20 active G&A requisitions, ensuring accurate candidate records, statuses and notes.
• Schedule and coordinate phone screens, hiring‑manager and panel interviews across multiple time zones and busy calendars.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing confirmations, interview agendas, prep materials and timely updates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving, flag stalled candidates and resolve feedback delays.
• Post and refresh job listings on job boards, the company careers site and partner channels.
• Track and report weekly recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑schedule, interview load, pipeline coverage and requisition aging.
• Identify recurring process gaps and propose lightweight improvements to scheduling, ATS workflows and candidate experience.
• Leverage AI tools to draft outreach messages, summarize interview notes and automate repetitive recruiting tasks.

• Detail‑oriented professional who enjoys the operational side of recruiting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Comfortable coordinating across different time zones and busy stakeholder calendars.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered recruiting tools.
