Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

RemoteLegalStaff is building a dedicated recruitment team to source, assess, and place legal professionals worldwide for U.S. law firms. As a Recruiter you will focus on one of three specialist tracks—Marketing & Sourcing, Screening & Assessment, or Profiling—depending on your strengths.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract talent across Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, and other global markets.
• Build and manage employer‑brand touchpoints, recruitment campaigns, and candidate pipelines aligned with your specialist track.
• Screen candidates for foundational skills, communication, judgment, and critical thinking using structured, competency‑based interviews.
• Document evaluations and maintain high‑quality candidate assessments.
• Utilise AI tools and ATS platforms daily as core parts of the workflow.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while preserving standards.
• Partner with Operations to ensure hires support long‑term retention.
• Continuously improve sourcing, screening, or profiling processes based on track focus.
• Protect client experience by never presenting weak candidates.
• Keep pipelines organised, updated, and moving at all times.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency environments.
• Proven active‑sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive outreach).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Solid judgment with the ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions.
• Comfortable working with global talent pools; LATAM, Philippines, or South Africa experience is a plus.
• Experience with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and Slack.
