Recruiter – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

Ottomate is seeking a proactive Associate Recruiter to support sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations for its international, U.S.-based clients. This full‑time, remote position is based in Colombia and works on PST or Central Time schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct outreach, initial screening interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain ATS records, manage pipelines, and support full‑cycle recruiting for multiple positions.
• Assist recruiters and team leads in meeting KPIs and hiring goals.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1+).
• At least 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience for U.S. clients across LATAM.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Full‑time availability aligned with PST or Central Time and currently based in Colombia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing tools.
• Experience using ATS platforms for candidate tracking.
