Recruiter (Remote, Latin America / South Africa)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a full-time remote recruiter to help build its fast-moving team. The recruiter acts as a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the hiring process from the first intake call with leadership to the final offer, and works directly with the leadership team to find top talent in Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond
• Evaluate candidates on skills, culture and performance fit
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed
• Deliver a seamless, respectful candidate experience

Required profile

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency
• High accountability and a global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Required skills

• Strong ATS skills and a preference for streamlined, automated workflows
