Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

SANY Group, a global leader in heavy machinery, is looking for a Recruiter to support talent acquisition and onboarding across its operations in Colombia. The role focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience while ensuring hiring managers receive qualified talent efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job openings on multiple recruitment channels and job boards.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for assigned positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Update candidate databases, recruitment records, and hiring reports.
• Collect, verify, and organize documentation required for hiring and onboarding.
• Support onboarding activities and follow‑up with newly hired employees.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.

Required profile

• Technical degree, Associate's or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least one year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and internal customer service skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1‑B2) with effective verbal communication.
