Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in high‑volume staffing, BPO or agency environments. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing and placing talent for U.S.‑based clients, requiring excellent English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment searches across various industries, maintaining organized pipelines in Zoho Recruit.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and creative strategies, and conduct initial interviews assessing experience and English proficiency.
• Prepare candidate summaries, recruiter notes and recommendations for internal and client review.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose improvements, leveraging AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in staffing, BPO or high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines and recruit throughout Latin America.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms, especially Zoho Recruit.
• Proficiency in AI‑driven sourcing and automation tools.
• Advanced LinkedIn and social media sourcing techniques.
