Recruiter – US Banking Capital Markets (Hybrid, Bogota)

About the role

The EXL Recruiter will support the North America Banking Capital Markets (BCM) group, providing end‑to‑end recruitment assistance for US‑based positions. The role is hybrid, based in Bogota, and works on US Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Intake new job openings and update candidate workflow status in Oracle Fusion ATS.
• Source passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and maintain accurate data entry for seamless handover to onboarding.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate fit for each role.
• Submit pre‑screened candidates to the Recruiting Lead and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, send calendar invites, and track interview progress.
• Maintain candidate workflow status in ATS and team trackers.
• Perform additional recruitment administration duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Recent experience providing recruitment support in a BPO, consulting, RPO or ITO environment.
• Familiarity with hiring back‑office professionals such as call‑center and customer support representatives.
• Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time, Monday‑Friday.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and multi‑tasking skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion ATS.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
