Recruiter – US Manufacturing & Sales Talent Acquisition

About the role

Kelly is looking for a proactive Recruiter to support a key client’s Commercial team. You will own the full talent‑acquisition cycle for manufacturing and Go‑To‑Market sales positions across the United States, while working from our Antioquia office on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for manufacturing and GTM sales roles, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for active and passive talent in the U.S. market.
• Conduct structured candidate screens in English to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with internal commercial teams and hiring managers to align talent strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines to ensure rapid productivity and high‑quality hires.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within recruiting platforms.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record recruiting talent for the U.S. market.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and/or GTM sales positions.
• Strong adaptability, quick learning, and ability to handle multiple requisitions.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
