Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

As a Recruiting Manager at BairesDev, you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition, shaping hiring strategies that support the company’s rapid growth. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with global teams and driving impactful recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of Talent Acquisition leaders, overseeing more than 50 recruiters.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Coordinate with area managers to keep recruitment processes aligned with business needs.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Analyze recruitment data to continuously refine processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders in a recruitment environment.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred but not mandatory).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
