About the role
The Regional Account Director leads the relationship with assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between client stakeholders, creative teams, production partners, and internal services. This senior role drives profitability, strategic growth, and high‑quality service delivery across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, creative, production, suppliers, and shared services to meet contract terms and SLAs.
- Build and nurture strategic client relationships to expand revenue while maintaining service excellence.
- Attend client marketing meetings, coordinate with agencies, and guide production teams on bidding and execution.
- Own P&L for assigned accounts, managing budgets, forecasts, and operational performance.
- Ensure job profitability aligns with contractual obligations and competitive pricing.
- Partner with business analysts to deliver quarterly business reviews highlighting data‑driven growth opportunities.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert and escalation point for internal and client issues.
- Oversee contract renewals and manage SG&A expenses in line with budget.
Required profile
- 10+ years of hands‑on production or account management experience on high‑volume or complex accounts.
- 7+ years of direct client interfacing, including executive‑level interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proven full P&L oversight and experience in complex contract negotiations.
- Strong leadership in project and people management.
