Regional Commercial Operations Analyst – Colombia, Chile, Brazil

About the role

The Regional Commercial Operations Analyst supports portfolio lifecycle management and commercial operations across Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. The role provides data‑driven insights, drives process improvements, and enables strategic decision‑making for the MedTech Orthopaedics business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance and commercial data to generate insights that support strategic business decisions and profitable growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and cross‑functional teams to support product lifecycle management, new product launches, and sales funnel opportunities.
• Lead portfolio optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce complexity, improve SKU management, and minimize excess inventory.
• Develop and promote tools, governance frameworks, and best practices that drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress of portfolio optimization projects and provide updates through Portfolio Management Review meetings and other governance forums.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support regional and local business planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, portfolio management, sales operations, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and process‑driven mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
