Regional Communications & Marketing Manager – LATAM

About the role

The Regional Communications & Marketing Manager will lead Generation’s marketing and communications strategy across Latin America, initially focusing on Colombia and upcoming launches in Peru and Caribbean markets. Reporting to the global marketing function and working closely with the Colombia country team, the role will strengthen the brand, drive learner recruitment at scale, and support employer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional marketing and communications strategy aligned with Generation’s global brand.
• Adapt global brand and marketing frameworks to local contexts while ensuring consistency and quality.
• Define audience priorities and create campaigns that attract learners and employer partners.
• Leverage digital channels, partnerships, and ecosystem relationships to build sustainable pipelines.
• Coordinate with the Colombia team and other regional hubs to ensure high‑quality execution of multi‑market campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications or marketing within Latin America.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
