Regional Market Access Director – Hematology (LATAM)

About the role

The Regional Market Access Director for Hematology will lead the development and execution of market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for key hematology products across Latin America. The role supports global strategies, works closely with cross‑functional teams, and ensures successful product penetration in both private and public healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate regional payer value messages and health economics plans to support product value propositions.
• Collaborate with global and regional pricing teams to design and implement pricing strategies aligned with local regulatory and reimbursement landscapes.
• Provide actionable pricing, reimbursement, and access recommendations to senior leadership.
• Map healthcare systems across LATAM markets to create consistent strategies that accelerate reimbursement pathways.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in market access, pricing, or health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong ability to work in matrix organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Experience in hematology/oncology therapeutic areas is a plus.
