Regional Operations Manager - Insurance Operations

About the role

Gallagher is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead the coordination of the teams that centralise operations processes for Latin America within the GCoE. As the main point of contact for COOs and regional operations leaders, you will help keep service delivery consistent, processes standardised and SLA performance on track across the insurance broking business.

Key responsibilities

• Bring together global operations activity so that day-to-day work stays aligned to business goals and global standards
• Work with COOs, regional operations leaders and internal teams to keep service running smoothly, track performance and share clear updates with senior leaders
• Help shape and deliver improvement plans that make processes simpler, faster and more consistent across the region
• Monitor SLA and KPI performance across GCoE operations cells and prepare executive reporting for senior leadership
• Support continuous improvement and process optimisation, and help manage operational risk and service quality
• Support the adoption of policies, procedures and technology across the region

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• 8 or more years of experience in operations management in insurance
• Experience leading regional teams and strategic projects in insurance organisations
• Native-level Spanish and advanced English; Portuguese is a plus

• Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred
• Ability to influence regional and global stakeholders and to turn data analysis into clear decisions and recommendations
