Regional Sr Medical Manager Oncology LATAM

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Senior Medical Manager for Oncology to lead Medical Affairs strategy across LATAM, based in Colombia, Mexico or Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and local Medical Affairs teams to align regional needs with global strategy.
• Contribute to worldwide medical affairs strategy and ensure LATAM gaps are addressed.
• Lead regional initiatives for assigned molecules and oversee data generation activities.
• Engage external stakeholders to shape the therapeutic environment.
• Co‑develop brand and business strategy with the IBVT, driving decisions based on science and data.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs.
• Deep scientific knowledge and understanding of drug development, clinical epidemiology, and real‑world evidence.
• Proven ability to work in matrix environments and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
