Regional Vice President, Digital Sales – Marketing Cloud (Central America & Colombia)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President of Digital Sales to lead its Marketing Cloud business across Central America and Colombia. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build a high‑performing sales team, and drive growth of digital solutions in a fast‑moving AI‑enabled CRM environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, coach and mentor a team of Account Executives to generate pipeline and close deals.
• Own regional revenue forecasts, sales activity reporting and identify skill gaps.
• Partner with C‑level customers and internal stakeholders to craft compelling value propositions and close strategic contracts.
• Represent Marketing Cloud at local and corporate events to strengthen brand presence and ecosystem partnerships.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading enterprise software or IT sales teams.
• Proven record of prospecting, opening new accounts and expanding existing relationships through a consultative approach.
• Deep experience developing the Central America territory and understanding of local regulatory and buying behaviors.
• Strong ability to build and maintain C‑suite relationships and strategic account plans.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
