Relationship Coordinator – Aprio Alliance

About the role

Join Aprio, a top‑20 CPA and advisory firm, as a Relationship Coordinator supporting the Aprio Alliance program. You will play a direct role in enhancing client experience and ensuring smooth coordination across the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM data, coordinate service contracts, and monitor support tickets for timely resolution.
• Provide administrative support throughout the client lifecycle, including preparing proposals, engagement letters, onboarding/offboarding materials, and presentations.
• Partner with the Meetings & Events team to organize client interactions, site visits, and program participation, handling scheduling, agendas, travel logistics, and expense tracking.
• Execute annual governance processes such as license fee memos and conflict‑of‑interest surveys, and support client participation in benchmarking surveys.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in client service, account coordination, or project management within a professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp).
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
