Remote Architect (Revit / BIM) – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

SD Solutions, a global staffing company, is recruiting on behalf of an architecture firm specializing in urban renewal, to hire a remote architect (Revit / BIM) based in Poland, Serbia or Georgia. The architect builds and develops Revit models and produces permit-stage drawings for residential and commercial projects in Israel, coordinates the BIM model with engineering consultants and works alone or in a team depending on project size.

Key responsibilities

• Build Revit models from scratch for new projects and continue and develop existing ones
• Convert AutoCAD projects into clean, well-structured Revit models
• Produce permit-stage drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) for Israeli municipalities, following the guidance of the in-house team
• Keep Revit models clean and accurate so structural, MEP and other consultants can use them directly
• Coordinate BIM with consultants: check infrastructure and systems, find clashes and ensure all disciplines fit together
• Work with both cloud-based BIM projects shared with consultants and local, offline Revit projects
• Keep drawings and documentation to a high standard of quality
• Communicate clearly in professional English with the in-house team and consultants

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect
• Proven experience producing permit or authority-submission drawings
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken
• Able to work independently, manage several projects and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Expert-level Revit skills; strong AutoCAD skills, including moving AutoCAD drawings into Revit
• Hands-on BIM coordination and BIM cloud environments (e.g., BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and inter-disciplinary coordination
• Advantages: experience with residential, urban renewal or mixed-use projects; several Revit versions; rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite; Navisworks, Dynamo or similar BIM automation tools; AI tools in the workflow
