Remote Attorney – Personal Injury Law

About the role

We are a growing personal injury law firm seeking a licensed attorney based in Colombia to work remotely with our U.S.-based legal team. The role involves handling case‑management tasks, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients and stakeholders in English.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical records, police reports, insurance documents and other case materials.
• Prepare case summaries, demand letters and other legal correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies and internal team members.
• Track deadlines, case progress and pending tasks throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in Colombia with excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Client‑focused mindset and professional communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case‑management software.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with remote communication tools.
