Remote Construction Project Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Architect or Engineer to join our team as a full‑time Remote Construction Project Manager. The role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of tasks, and can deliver projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects during the construction stage only.
• Create detailed project schedules and execution timelines.
• Proactively communicate timelines, progress updates, and deliverables to leadership.
• Take ownership of deadlines and ensure commitments are met.
• Coordinate and track material orders and oversee the piling process.
• Review and manage construction documentation in Revit.
• Find and coordinate suppliers, source and manage contractors.
• Ensure all project milestones are delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and project‑management capabilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Comfortable working full‑time under pressure and delivering results.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
