About the role
We are looking for remote freelance recruiters to join our global platform. No prior recruiting experience is required – you can start immediately and work on real client roles.
Key responsibilities
- Search for and upload qualified candidate profiles.
- Select real job openings from the platform.
- Use AI‑powered tools to match candidates quickly.
- Work independently or collaborate with other recruiters.
- Earn a commission when your candidate is hired.
Required profile
- Motivation to work remotely with full flexibility.
- Good internet connection and basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow platform guidelines and use provided tools.
Required skills
- Familiarity with ATS or CRM basics (preferred).
