Remote Lead Generation & Pipeline Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Lead Generation & Pipeline Support Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. Working from anywhere, you will help identify and engage potential clients, driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective leads across multiple geographies using online tools, cold calling and social media.
• Initiate outreach via phone, email and other channels to qualify prospects.
• Assess prospects’ needs, budget and interest to determine fit.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to communicate value effectively.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Manage and update records in ActiveCampaign CRM and StaffCom software.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet appointment and sales targets.
• Track activities and results, providing regular reports and improvement suggestions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing or business is a plus.
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistence, self‑motivation and ability to handle rejection positively.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Adaptability to evolving strategies and processes.
