Remote Litigation Paralegal (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Join a leading U.S. law firm network as a remote Litigation Paralegal. You will work on real U.S. cases, drafting key documents, managing discovery, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents with precision.
• Organize evidence, maintain case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with attorneys.
• Assist with document review, legal research, case law analysis, and preparation of trial exhibits.
• Communicate professionally in English and Spanish with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, legal assistant, or similar support role.
• Strong legal drafting abilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
