Remote Mobile Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking mobile developers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
