About the role
Haulla, a smart waste collection service by Ecube Labs, is expanding across major U.S. markets. We are looking for a motivated Remote Outbound Sales Representative to help small and mid‑size businesses find affordable, tailored waste solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a full sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify and advance leads.
- Acquire new clients and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets.
Required profile
- Full‑time remote position available to work U.S. business hours (7 AM–3 PM PST) Monday‑Friday.
- Proven success in outbound sales with strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
- Native‑level English fluency.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus.

- Base salary plus uncapped commission and performance‑based bonuses (top performers earn $1,500‑$2,500 USD/month).
