About the role
Smart Hire Pros is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team on a part‑time basis. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting outreach, and booking appointments that fuel our sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Build prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Identify and reach out to ICP‑qualified prospects.
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads, nurture opportunities, and maintain high show rates.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- C1 English level or higher.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or similar industries is a plus.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow‑up.

- $4 USD per hour base pay (20 hours/week).
