Remote Project Assistant – Residential Structural Team

About the role

Exactus Energy is looking for a Remote Project Assistant to support its Residential Structural Team. The role provides essential administrative and project coordination to ensure timely delivery of structural deliverables to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Upload structural deliverables to client portals.
• Intake and import project requests across multiple platforms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records on internal and external systems after each upload.
• Notify internal teams of client updates, requests, or new documents.
• Coordinate with team members to guarantee on‑time delivery of documents and responses.
• Perform various administrative and data‑entry tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or project administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent time‑management and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms; familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus.
