Remote Project Manager (Tech Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for global clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress.
• Coordinate processes and uphold quality standards.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and identify growth opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and manage project budgets.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
• Support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
