About the role

WorkBetterNow connects professionals in LATAM with United States-based companies and offers full-time remote positions. As a Recruiter, you will attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience, depending on the needs of your client. The role suits someone with advanced English (C1 or C2), strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Post jobs and advertise on online platforms, job boards and social media.
• Source and screen resumes and CVs, and conduct initial phone screens.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers and prepare interview materials and logistics, including video conference setups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings in line with company policy.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1 or C2) and stability and commitment.
• 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, HR or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Hardware: Intel 11th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5000 series for Windows, M2 for Macs, 16 GB RAM minimum; stable internet of 50 Mbps minimum.

What we offer

• Pay starting at $1,200 USD per month, rising to $1,340 after 1 year, $1,480 after 2 years, $1,540 after 3 years and $1,600 after 4 years, with two annual adjustments.
