About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead strategic partnerships and business development for a fast‑growing travel‑tech platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on expanding our marketplace of ground‑transportation services worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups and technology partners.
- Present and sell our solutions with clear value propositions, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Identify high‑potential accounts, conduct outreach, and keep opportunities moving by removing roadblocks.
- Represent the company at global industry events to generate leads and secure partnerships.
- Report on pipeline progress, challenges and opportunities on a regular basis.
- Develop account plans, conduct periodic reviews and track performance against revenue targets.
- Co‑design partner marketing initiatives and use data dashboards to prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, tourism or related services.
- Proven track record in tech‑driven sales and senior‑level strategic growth.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally for key events and meetings.
- Self‑starter able to work independently on a full‑time contractor basis.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools.
