About the role
The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local retailers, ensuring EZVIZ’s smart security products are optimally placed and promoted. This role focuses on driving sales growth across key DIY and home‑improvement channels in Colombia.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for category managers and buyers of local retailers, negotiate floor space, shelf positioning and promotional slots, and develop joint business plans.
- Analyse weekly sell‑in and sell‑out data, monitor inventory levels and competitor activity, and design localized promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular store visits, supervise in‑store promoters, and coordinate the rollout of new product displays.
- Manage channel budgets, including rebates and marketing funds, and ensure accurate execution of commercial agreements.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in retail or key account management within Colombia.
- Background in home‑center or major DIY/home‑improvement retailers (e.g., Easy, Constructor) is highly preferred.
- Native Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency for reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently to cities such as Bogotá, Medellín and Cali.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for data analysis.
