About the role

The Strategic Partner Manager will own a portfolio of Uber's most important enterprise and mid‑market retail partners across Central America and the Caribbean. This commercial, data‑driven role blends strategic account management, advanced analytics, and growth acceleration to drive market‑level revenue and long‑term partner success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of top strategic partners, delivering sustainable revenue growth and retention.
• Develop data frameworks and custom dashboards (Google Sheets, Tableau, internal tools) to monitor performance and uncover actionable insights.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to diagnose performance gaps, create high‑impact action plans, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Drive retail media adoption, optimize advertising and promotion investments, and maximize ROI.
• Build and execute joint business plans grounded in data, aligning commercial priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational and strategic issues, using structured problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Product, Analytics, Marketing) to deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial, account management, business development, or growth roles within grocery, retail, e‑commerce, CPG, marketplace, or technology environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts with revenue ownership and commercial accountability.
