About the role

Join Nouria Energy Corporation as a Retail Operations Team Member and be the friendly face of our multi‑brand convenience stores and fuel stations across New England. You will ensure smooth store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive profitability during your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule and communicate any operational changes quickly to management.
• Greet customers with a smile, suggest purchases, and promote specials.
• Prepare and submit a shift report according to company guidelines.
• Maintain store safety, enforce environmental and hazardous material regulations, and document any incidents.
• Operate assigned equipment safely, oversee store appearance, and support maintenance of the customer environment.
• Complete new‑employee safety orientation and report workplace accidents promptly.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Comfortable performing basic arithmetic calculations.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoyment of working with people.
