Retail Specialist – Director's Office

About the role

OPPO Colombia is looking for an analytical and organized professional to work directly with its Retail Director in Bogotá. The role turns retail data into insights and keeps management information flowing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain retail performance dashboards, track core KPIs and analyze trends and anomalies.
• Promote standardized use of CRM and retail management systems so store, staff, inventory and sales data stay accurate and up to date.
• Prepare business performance reports, budget plans, business reviews and strategic planning materials.
• Coordinate key meetings, business communications and management activities.
• Support other retail operations and management tasks assigned by the Retail Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, commercial analysis, sales operations or management support.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English (B2+) for business communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or similar dashboard tools are a plus.
• Strong logical thinking, organization, planning and project management skills.
