Revenue Controls Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Revenue Controls Manager to lead a team responsible for strategic planning, financial administration and policy implementation within its global payment network. The role will support the development and deployment of applications that ensure accurate revenue reporting and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and supervision to staff.
• Offer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy.
• Ensure personnel possess appropriate skills and behaviors and communicate performance results.
• Provide technical and advisory support for application development and implementation.
• Recommend policy changes and oversee their implementation.
• Perform strategic planning, financial planning, administration and department management.

Required profile

• Business or Finance major.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating data analytics into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management expertise with high organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
