Revenue Technical Manager – Offer Optimization

About the role

KLANIK is seeking a Revenue Technical Manager to act as a functional and technical expert in Offer Optimization, focusing on Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing. The role involves partnering with customers, product, and technical teams to deliver strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise for Offer Optimization products, supporting complex solution analysis and recommendations.
• Participate in pre‑sales and upsell activities, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and company strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and customers to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Analyze business problems, define project scope, coordinate with development teams, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct reviews of customer processes, tools, and strategies to identify improvement opportunities and monitor post‑implementation impact.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Offer Optimization, technical or functional consulting.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross‑functional product and development teams.
• Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
