About the role

We are seeking a Robotics Engineering Manager to lead the technical vision and guide a remote engineering team in building advanced software solutions for robotic platforms. This role combines people leadership with deep technical oversight to deliver high‑performing, reliable robotic control and motion‑planning systems.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Robotics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in technical team leadership, people management, and mentoring.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C/C++ programming.
• Solid background in robotics and motion planning.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
