Ruby on Rails Developer - Remote Work

About the role

Join BairesDev’s Development Team as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, working remotely on high‑impact projects for global clients. You will solve complex technical challenges across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices with responsive design.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process and maintain product consistency.
• Document code and provide technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 5+ years of front‑end development experience (JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• ReactJS (Flux, Redux, Relay) and other JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Backbone, Marionette).
• ES2015/ES6/ES7, command‑line tools, APIs, and client‑side performance optimization.
