Sales Agent

About the role

Turkish Airlines is seeking enthusiastic Sales Agents to join its passenger services team. In this role you will deliver outstanding reservation, ticketing and passenger operation support, ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation and booking requests, ticket sales and passenger information services.
• Perform check‑in, manifest preparation and other passenger operations.
• Calculate fares, arrange routes, provide schedule and fare information.
• Issue tickets for domestic and international flights, manage endorsements, rerouting and ticket returns.
• Report and register operational income, costs, financing and statistical data in SAP, ERP and DOP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school graduation.
• Permanent residence permit in the country of work.
• Minimum 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible schedule and strong teamwork/independent capability.
• Excellent command of English and strong oral and written communication.

Required skills

• SAP, ERP and DOP systems.
• Major Computer Reservations Systems – Troya or Quickres (preferred).
• Global Distribution Systems – Amadeus and Sabre.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
