Sales Demo Setter

About the role

The Sales Demo Setter drives lead generation and schedules product‑demo meetings with prospective U.S. law firms. Working closely with the Sales Team, you will use outbound outreach to identify hiring firms, secure demo appointments, and support the conversion process.

Key responsibilities

• Research law firms actively hiring via job boards and professional sites.
• Conduct cold calls and send personalized email sequences using provided templates.
• Book and confirm demo appointments, logging all details in HubSpot.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date CRM records and provide daily status updates.
• Monitor demo attendance, track post‑demo communications, and assist in moving prospects toward signed contracts.
• Produce regular reports on leads generated, demos booked, and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a proactive outbound mindset.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outreach (minimum 100 calls and 100 emails daily).
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate CRM data entry.
• Comfortable collaborating with Sales Leads and participating in team meetings.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
