About the role

We are seeking an experienced, self‑driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing LATAM team. Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, you will qualify inbound leads, run outbound campaigns, and collaborate closely with marketing, channel, and sales teams to turn prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, research and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline.
  • Create personalized multichannel outreach sequences using video, LinkedIn, email and phone.
  • Evaluate inbound and outbound leads against the Ideal Customer Profile before hand‑off.
  • Provide detailed prospect intelligence to Account Executives for productive follow‑up meetings.
  • Support marketing campaigns, webinars and content promotion to drive demand.
  • Re‑engage unresponsive leads and expand existing customer campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in Salesforce CRM.
  • Promote brand assets such as blog posts and press releases.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of B2B sales development experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and desire for professional growth.
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills; comfortable making cold calls.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience using Outreach for multichannel prospecting.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for list building.
