Sales Development Representative – Onsite in Medellín

About the role

Vive Health is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join its growing onsite team in Medellín. In this high‑activity outbound position you will generate qualified sales opportunities for a fast‑growing U.S.‑based medical‑equipment company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs and determine product fit.
• Schedule high‑quality appointments for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update prospect information regularly.
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Meet or exceed activity, appointment‑setting and pipeline targets.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting or customer‑service environments is a plus.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people daily.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, competitive and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven sales environment.
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to improve through feedback and training.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
