Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing property‑management company that specializes in short‑term and mid‑term rentals. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound outreach to homeowners, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to over 5,000 homeowner contacts using phone, email, text and CRM workflows.
• Qualify property owners to determine suitability for short‑term or mid‑term rental management.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for senior staff.
• Maintain and update lead records in the Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Track outreach activity, pipeline progress and maintain clear notes in the CRM.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Identify process improvements to increase conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, SDR or business development.
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners.
• Self‑starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
