About the role
Seamless is looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives based in Colombia to join its global sales organization. This full‑time, fully remote position focuses on outbound prospecting for a leading B2B SaaS real‑time sales intelligence platform. You will use best‑in‑class technology to generate qualified meetings and fuel pipeline growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a high‑volume pipeline through outbound calls and email outreach.
- Engage decision‑makers across multiple industries and articulate Seamless’ value proposition.
- Set qualified meetings for Account Executives using an auto‑dialer and sales engagement tools.
- Accurately track activity, outcomes, and performance metrics in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and teammates via virtual stand‑ups, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
- Continuously improve performance through feedback, live‑call coaching, and ongoing training.
Required profile
- Positive, coachable, and resilient mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with high‑activity outbound sales environments.
- Self‑motivation and accountability in a remote setting.
- Ability to follow structured processes while seeking performance improvements.
- Previous outbound sales, SDR, or cold‑calling experience is strongly preferred.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft.
