Sales Executive – B2B Martech (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

GUT, the creative and marketing division of Globant, is looking for a Sales Executive who can blend creativity, media and AI to drive business growth across Latin America. The role is primarily remote and focuses on selling technology‑enabled marketing solutions to B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new B2B accounts in North Latin America.
• Sell Martech products and services, positioning GUT’s creative solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with creative, media and AI teams to craft compelling proposals.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in technology services across North Latin America.
• Experience selling Martech solutions or a background in marketing.
• Strong relationship‑building track record with measurable results.
• Fluent English (CEFR B2‑C1) and excellent communication skills.
