Sales Executive – Commercial Field Operations

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive Colgate‑Palmolive’s commercial footprint in the Cartagena territory. Working within the Customer Development team, you will be responsible for increasing sell‑out, net sales, distribution volume and market share by ensuring strong on‑shelf availability and building relationships with point‑of‑sale managers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute territory sales plan to achieve incremental sell‑out and market‑share targets.
• Monitor on‑shelf availability and take corrective actions to eliminate out‑of‑stock situations.
• Deploy category‑management strategies, trade activities, new‑product launches and POP materials.
• Coordinate with internal commercial teams and third‑party agencies to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop strong relationships with retail store managers to enhance customer collaboration and improve call efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, retail or category management.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets for handling large data sets.
• Active driver’s licence and ability to drive on major highways.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
