Sales Executive – Premium Meat Products (Mexico Market)

About the role

ISA Foods trades internationally in premium pork, beef, chicken and turkey, with a strong presence in Mexico. It is looking for an intermediate or senior-level sales professional to join its Medellín office and focus on the Mexican market. The company invites its internal talent to consider the role first.

Key responsibilities

• Generate profitable sales of premium pork, beef, chicken and turkey products for the Mexican market.
• Manage, strengthen and grow the existing client portfolio, and identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain constant contact with clients, mainly by phone and email.
• Meet or exceed commercial targets, KPIs and budgets.
• Manage profit margins, sales volume and assigned inventory.
• Coordinate with operations, credit, purchasing and logistics to ensure efficient service.
• Support growth strategies, product diversification and market expansion.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong commercial focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and build long-term client relationships.
• Proactive, fast learner, persistent and disciplined, able to handle demanding targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in continuous professional growth.

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good judgment to analyse commercial situations and solve problems.
