Sales Manager – Colombia (Hybrid)

About the role

Jeeves, a fast‑growing fintech operating system, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its commercial efforts in Colombia. Based in Bogota and working in a hybrid model, the role reports to the EMEA General Manager and partners closely with the Country Manager to grow the merchant portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to discovery, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to create tailored sales materials and improve conversion rates.
• Develop, track and exceed revenue targets in partnership with the Country Manager.
• Maintain operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and quota attainment.
• Launch and iterate Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high‑value accounts in Colombia.
• Deliver a seamless, value‑driven experience for merchants and support their financial goals.

Required profile

• Proactive, independent mindset with a “get things done” attitude.
• Results‑focused, comfortable reviewing metrics, KPIs and driving numbers.
• Excellent communication skills, able to capture attention and convey professional value.
• Prior experience in a fast‑growing fintech, payments or banking startup.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
